Here at Becky-Ann's Vintage we offer our customers a very generous refund policy. Details are as follows;


Refunds are not given on Personal Shopper Services unless you recieve an item/s of a different size than requested. In this case the item/s are to be sent back at the buyers expense. The serivce cost will be refunded as store credit and subjected to a 3 month expiry period. Alternatively an exchange can be issued.


Refunds will not be given for buyer change of mind. In case of Buyer change of mind items are to be sent back at Buyers expense and a store credit will be issued for the items price, less postage and handling. Refunds will be given for items wrongly described or faulty, however return postage will not be refunded.
